• Premium Subscription: Enhanced features and unlimited access for a recurring fee
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment for permanent premium access

5. Payment and Billing

For premium subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance
• Prices may change with reasonable notice to subscribers

6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Please note:

• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
• Data Retention: After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. All your data (projects, activities, history) will be preserved and accessible under free tier limitations.
• Re-subscription: You may re-subscribe at any time at the current prices.
• Lifetime Access: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.
